A GROWTH MINDSET AT [COMPANY]

  • We must work to trust each other. I will teach this to my staff

  • From this program, I learned that I need to get to the point where I understand how people think about me. Do they trust me? I don’t know. I am acting in a way that I think is trustworthy, but do they know this? Do they see it as trust? I’m going to ask them [team members] what trust looks like to them. I learned so much today

  • Integrity means something different in different departments. It is cool to learn that. I’d never thought about these things until taking this class.
